These terms and conditions (‘the Terms’) apply to the Little Paper Hugs website littlepaperhugs.com (‘the Website’). By using the Website, you consent to the practices described in the Terms. The Website is owned and operated by Little Paper Hugs. We will endeavour to respond to all queries within two working days (being any day which is not a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday).

1. Online purchasing
Little Paper Hugs is pleased to offer online shopping through the Website. Our full range of goods may not be available on the Website. If you cannot find what you are looking for, please contact us by email. All personal information you provide when making purchases using the Website will be collected in accordance with, and for the express purposes set out in, our Privacy Policy.

2. Placing an order
When you place an order with us using the Website, you are making an offer to buy goods or services on these Terms. We will send you an order confirmation email to confirm that we have received your order at which time PayPal will debit funds from your credit card, debit card or PayPal account. Once we have confirmed that we are able to fulfil your order (either in its entirety or partially) and we have processed your order, you will receive a dispatch confirmation email. In any instance where we are unable to fulfil your order (either in its entirety or partially) we will make contact with you via email. Every effort will be made to order a replenishment item(s). If we are unable to fulfil your order in its entirety you will not be charged. 

An order is placed on our Website by adding a product to the shopping basket and proceeding through our checkout process. You will be required to give us delivery details, enter payment information and submit your order. Once the checkout process has been completed, you will be presented with a confirmation page with full details of your order, which you are able to print as a receipt of your order. We will also send you an email with confirmation of your order. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any orders that we believe, solely by our own judgement, to be placed for commercial purposes (e.g. any kind of commercial reseller). We also reserve the right to refuse or cancel any orders that we believe, solely by our own judgment, to have been placed fraudulently. We also reserve the right to limit the number of an item customers can purchase in a single transaction.

 

3. Payment options
Goods displayed on the Website can be purchased using secure online PayPal payment processing. A PayPal account is not required to make a purchase. You may pay through PayPal with a credit card, debit card and PayPal account.

 

4. Pricing

All transactions are conducted in New Zealand dollars. All prices are correct when published. Please note that we reserve the right to alter prices at any time for any reason. Online and offline pricing may differ, including to reflect any sales and promotions specific to either offline or our Website.  Unless expressly stated, sale prices are not available in conjunction with any other offer.

 

5. Overseas orders

We do offer overseas orders. If you are in a country other than New Zealand and would like to make a purchase, simply select your destination under shipping once you reach the checkout.

6. Product images
Every effort has been made to ensure that the images for the products displayed on the Website are as accurate as possible. However, Little Paper Hugs cannot guarantee that images exactly represent actual products or packaging. We are continuously working on improving the Website and reserve the right to change product images at any time without prior notice.

Every effort has been made to ensure that the colours of our products that appear on the Website are as accurate as possible. However, because the actual colours you see when using the Website depend on the monitor or display interface you are using, Little Paper Hugs cannot guarantee that the colours you see will be a completely accurate representation of actual products or packaging.

8. Product availability
In the event that an item is no longer available after we have accepted your order, we will contact you directly and ask if you would like a refund or if you would like to wait for stock to come in and continue with your Website order.

9. Website and credit card security
We want you to have a safe and secure shopping experience online. All payments via PayPal are processed using SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol, whereby sensitive information is encrypted to protect your privacy. All personal information submitted to the Website at the time of your order is protected with HTTPS / TSL (Transport Layer Security) encryption. At no point does Little Paper Hugs access, hold or retain any card details. This is all handled solely by PayPal.

10. Delivery
Delivery times are approximately 3-5 working days. Deliveries to rural addresses may increase delivery times. We do not accept any liability for any delays in the delivery of any goods ordered through the Website. You will receive an email confirming that your order has been dispatched. To ensure successful delivery, please ensure that you provide accurate details of a delivery address (including any business name if shipping to a work address) where someone will be present during business hours to accept receipt of your order. We are unable to change any delivery details once an order has been dispatched. If your order does not arrive within the specified timeframe please contact us by email at info@littlepaperhugs.com. To ensure that we are able to assist you as quickly as possible, please include your order number in any correspondence. Property and risk in goods ordered by you from us will pass to you upon delivery of the goods to your specified delivery address for the relevant order.

14. Promotion codes

The terms and conditions on this Website apply to promotion codes.  By using a promotion code you will be deemed to have read and understood these terms and conditions and agree to be bound by them. Little Paper Hugs promotion codes can only be used on www.littlepaperhugs.com and towards the purchase of items currently for sale on the Website, excluding delivery charges (if applicable). Promotion codes entitle you, at the time of ordering, to a saving on a new order placed with Little Paper Hugs. Little Paper Hugs reserves the right to decline to accept orders where, in its opinion, a promotion code is invalid for the order being placed. Promotion codes cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer on this Website, including (but not limited to) any other promotion code, in the same transaction.

 

The discount associated with a promotion code is applied to your entire basket, excluding any delivery charges (if applicable) and should be entered during checkout for the discount to apply. Promotion codes may be withdrawn at any time. Only one promotion code can be used per order.

 

Little Paper Hugs reserves the right to suspend, change or cancel any promotion code, at any time, in the event of circumstances arising which make it necessary to do so. Little Paper Hugs may update these terms from time to time and reserves the right to add additional terms and conditions for specific promotion codes as and where necessary. Promotion codes have no cash value, cannot be transferred and cannot be forwarded or reassigned. Any refund you may be entitled to receive will not include the redemption value of the promotion code. You will receive no more than the amount you paid towards the final basket price. In the event of product returns, refunds will be given for cash used in the original purchase once the discount is applied, less any shipping costs charged on the original order.

 

In the event of part of the order being returned, the value of the discount applied on that order will be spread between the goods proportionately. The promotional discount will not be applied to replacement items, if the offer is still valid at the time of making a return - you should place a new order using the original promotional code. In promotions where there is a free or half price item when purchasing multiple items, please note that the discount will be applied to the cheapest item.
